In Daniel 6, rather than looking to Daniel and appreciating the excellent spirit that he possessed, his fellow workers sought to destroy him. They could have learned from Daniel and sought to follow in his footsteps. They would have learned about Daniel’s trust in His GOD and how those who humble themselves will be exalted. Instead, they attempted to bring him down. In the end, it not only affected them, but likewise their families. It is a fact; we NEVER truly rise by attempting to bring others down.
