“These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” John 16:33
The ability to be victorious against our greatest enemy is found in Christ alone. While the world is full of trouble, in Christ, there is peace. This peace is possible because Jesus has conquered the world. He has prevailed.
If you are GOD’S child redeemed by the blood of the Lamb, remember what John wrote in 1st John 4:4, “You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.”
